COVID-19

We assure you we will be following all Government guidance and ensuring we deliver the safest possible festival for you all.

Our current plans are set out below. Please do be aware that this page will be updated as and when we have more detail, so please do check back again soon.

IMPORTANT: Please read and make sure you understand the below…

WHAT DO WE NEED YOU TO DO?

1. Lateral flow test

To gain entry to the festival, you will need to provide proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test (NHS approved), taken within 48 hours prior to your arrival at Farmfest. This applies to all ticket holders aged 11+.

Once you’ve taken your test, log your result here: https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result. You will receive a text and/or email to confirm your result – we need you to show this on arrival.

You can pick up tests at your local pharmacy or order here: https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests

If you refuse to take a test or show your result, you will be turned away from the festival and you will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Track & Trace

Download the NHS COVID-19 app before you arrive. QR codes will be displayed at the entrance and our roaming ticketing team will have some too – please ensure you scan this before you enter the site.

If you cannot download the app, we will have a sign in sheet available.

If on the day of the event, or in the 10 days prior, you or a member of your group has tested positive for Covid-19, displayed any recognised symptoms of Covid-19, been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19, then you or that group member should not attend the event.
