Joro formed in 2016 and the London based 9-piece groove merchants have been dropping a unique concoction of irresistibly funky, dubbed up afrobeat infused soulful sounds ever since. 

In 2016 they released their debut EP with the follow up in 2018. The band is made up of musicians from a range of musical experiences in jazz, classical, hip hop and rock; coming together for their love of afrobeat and groove music.
