No.

DO I PAY EXTRA FOR CAMPING?

No. General or family camping is included in the ticket price. However if the thought of pitching a tent fills you with dread, you can book a bell tent.

Glamping is now available. Click this link to see the options and book your luxury stay at Farmfest.

HOW FAR ARE THE CAMPSITES FROM THE CARPARK?

A few minutes walk. The Farmfest campsite is situated directly across the main field, from the car park. Please ask for directions at the main gate on entry if you are unsure where to walk.

CAN I PARK NEXT TO MY TENT?

No. Health and safety regulations state that we have to separate vehicles and people. The carpark is only 100m from the campsite so you don’t have to carry your equipment far.

CAN I HAVE A CAMPFIRE OR BONFIRE?

Fires are not allowed in order to limit damage to the farm.

Please familiarise yourself with our safety rules and regulations here.

CAN I BRING A GAS CAMPING STOVE AND BBQ?

Please familiarise yourself with our safety rules and regulations here.

Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, BBQs are not allowed at Farmfest.

If you wish to cook for yourself you are permitted to bring a personal camping stove that uses gas canisters no larger than 250g. We will not be permitting aerosols over 250g in size onto site.

WHAT WASHING FACILITIES ARE THERE ONSITE?

Farmfest has numerous sinks and stand alone taps set up for washing during the event.

This year Farmfest has also decided to make showers available to the public. Passes for the showers will be available to buy from the information point on site in the main arena. All profits from the showers will go to our charity partner who will be helping to keep them clean throughout the event.

HOW MUCH FOOD & DRINK CAN I BRING IN?

You are allowed to bring food to the festival, which may be consumed anywhere on site.

As an independent, sponsor free festival, bar sales keep our event alive. Each adult ticket holder can bring a limited amount of alcohol into the campsite on first entry, but not into the arena.

Alcohol you can bring to the campsite is limited to:

• 12 cans (500ml) beer / lager / cider per person

OR: 6 cans (500ml) + 1 bottle of wine (75cl) per person (decanted into plastic bottle)

OR: 1 bottle of spirits (70cl) per person (decanted into plastic bottle).

No glass bottles are allowed on site

Please be aware that no underage drinking is allowed on the festival site. We adopt the challenge 25 policy as a condition of our licence on all festival bars, so please remember to bring ID.

CAN I GET CASH ON-SITE?

Yes there will be a cash machine on site

ARE DOGS / PETS ALLOWED ON-SITE?

No. For hygiene and safety reasons ONLY registered guide dogs will be allowed at Farmfest – this includes the campsite. Animals cannot be left in vehicles or caravans at any time. Visitors attempting to bring any animals (other than assistance dogs) onto the campsite or festival site will be turned away and no ticket refunds will be available.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY E-TICKET?

Tickets will be sent approx 7 days before the event – they will go to the email address you made the booking with.

CAN I SELL / TRANSFER MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?

This can be done via our official ticket provider, Ticketsellers. Email [email protected] to find out how this works.

Tickets sold or transferred via unofficial means will not be valid.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY TICKET IF THE FESTIVAL CAN’T GO AHEAD?

If the festival is cancelled or postponed due to Covid-19, you will be eligible to request a refund. All tickets will automatically be rolled over to 2023, or the ticket holder may apply for a refund of the face value of the ticket. Refunds under these circumstances must be applied for within 1 month of the date of cancellation/postponement.

We will be in touch with instructions on how to do this, should the situation arise.
